The Early Returns - The HERO Method Is Breaking Records

Recently I was put in charge of an employment "lab" serving adults with severe employment challenges.  

In the past weeks I have implemented the HERO Method teaching each individual how to find their hidden skills - 

The Heart each has for understanding the needs of others and how they can coordinate in meeting the expectations of co-workers.

The Energy and focus to meet the demands each has faced in life challenges.

The ability to Re-learn and adapt to changes in life so as to prove each can learn what a job requires and …

The integrity to Own the decisions and mistakes made and ability to grow from them.

The early results of the lab are dozens of people landing  good paying jobs 

and others are joining job training programs.
